You are responsible for the initial handling of these common maintenance issues:
- Light pilot lights on stove or oven. Each apartment has a pilot igniter.
- Plunging clogged toilets. Each apartment has a plunger.
- Unclogging garbage disposals. You’ll find a wrench and instructions under the kitchen sink
- Replacing burned out bulbs including refrigerator, stove and ceiling.
